The question I am most often asked is ‘what brought you to Scotland?’ With a completely straight face, I say ‘the weather’ and we have a good laugh. There are many things I love about living here, and right up at the top of the list is the scenery. It’s not something I’ve ever gotten used to or take for granted.

Karen, I love it here. I’ve been in Scotland for 15 years and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I don’t even mind the weather!
