My south-facing kitchen window is packed with seedlings, and I’m bracing for the cold snap that’s arriving tonight. It should last the week, which means there will be very little garden progress for the next few days. I’ve saved up a couple of episodes of Gardner’s World to tide me over.
I’ve been growing vegetables for the last fifteen years, but this is the first year I’ve not had hens, and can grow what I want where I want and not have to worry about irreparable damage. Despite my experience, I have convinced myself that I’m starting from scratch and have no idea what I’m doing. Imposter’s syndrome is a strange beast.
